The second last day of the year. The last wedding I was photographing for the decade. This one was so so sweet for me. The last light was beginning to fade and the dance floor was taking on a life of it’s own. Earlier in the day it had been 45 degrees! Followed by a crazy storm that rolled in over the bay. But none of that mattered. I smiled to myself nonchalantly as I packed up my gear and made my way back to the car, music and laughter reverberated in the background. What a year. What a decade. What an absolutely perfect way to see off an epic career so far.
